about roberonix

A studio built around one unglamorous question.

career intelligence

When your résumé lands in a hiring system, does the software read back exactly what you wrote — or a scrambled version of it?

Most résumé templates are sold on how they look. That matters, but it's only half the job. In many application workflows, an applicant-tracking system processes the document before or alongside human review: it extracts the text and attempts to identify information such as contact details, experience, education and dates. If the layout confuses it, your experience can arrive out of order, mislabeled, or missing — and no amount of visual polish fixes that.

RoberOnix exists to close that gap. We're a small document-design studio making premium templates for Microsoft Word, and we treat machine-readability as a design requirement, not an afterthought. Every template is run through real applicant-tracking parsers, in-house, and corrected until the extracted text matches the page. Only then does it go on sale.

That's what we mean by Career Intelligence: design you can see, over structure the software can read.

how we work

Four principles behind every file.

01 — 04
  • 01

    Validated, never guessed

We don't ship a template because it looks safe. We read back what the machine actually extracts, and fix the file until the plain text matches the page.

  • 02

    In-house, before listing

Validation happens here, before a template goes on sale — not outsourced to you with a third-party checker after you've paid.

  • 03

    Honest about claims

We say validated, checked and tested — never “guaranteed to pass.” No résumé template can promise an outcome, and we won't pretend otherwise.

  • 04

    Design that survives the parse

The personality lives in spacing, hierarchy and type, kept separate from the document's critical reading structure — so the look never costs you the read.

the difference

How we compare to “ATS-friendly” shops.

The distinction is simple: who does the validation, and when.

RoberOnix

Each template is parser-tested and reviewed before listing. You buy a file that has already been read back and corrected against its extracted output.

Template-only approach

A template may be marketed as ATS-friendly while the buyer stays responsible for checking how the finished document parses — after purchase.

Comparison reflects a common pattern among résumé-template sellers; it isn't a claim about any specific competitor's current process.
